Sevi helps last mile distributors to sell more products by providing an ‘Order now, Pay later’ option to customers. This is hassle-free because Sevi provides the credit line, does the KYC and follows up on payments. While this this means selling on credit, distributors get paid 80% of the order value on delivery. The remaining balance is settled when the customer pays the final instalment. Last mile distributors share in the profit, making this an additional business model for the company. Since distributors would be taking 20% part of the risk, they also benefit from 20% of the interest earned. Sevi facilitates the payment option of Order now, Pay later, while the distributor remains in control of their products, pricing and customer relations – and is also able to configure the credit conditions, like duration and max amount for the customers.
