Member learning and collaboration event 2025

Register now to attend our next global member event in Nigeria in April 2025.
Join us for an exclusive, in-person two-day event for members to connect with other each, build their expertise and address common challenges.
You’ll get the chance to delve into conversations with sector experts, funders and peers on topics such as investment readiness, emerging innovations and carbon finance.
Sessions will include topical workshops, discussion panels, networking opportunities and site visits. There will also be ample time and space for informal conversations and peer learning.

Please note this event is only open to individuals that are representatives of companies that are members of the Global Distributors Collective. Due to budget constraints, the event will be held entirely in English.
Registration is free and meals and refreshments will be provided for participants during the event. Plus, we’re offering a few small grants to support member organisations with costs.
Grants and subsidies
Accommodation
We hope to be able to cover accommodation costs for all event attendees, but this will depend on budget constraints and the level of demand that we receive.
Travel
Event participants will be expected to pay for their own travel to and from the event location. However, we do have some small grants available to support members with travel costs.
The amount of funding awarded will depend on the level of demand we receive. We will allocate grants based on an assessment of your company’s annual revenue and an estimation of travel costs from your location. To be eligible to receive grant support, your company’s annual revenue must not exceed USD $1M. Preference will be given to women-led and locally led companies.
Due to our donor’s requirements, those awarded grants will be reimbursed after they buy their travel tickets, and they will need to provide receipts/documentation as requested.
Please note that to facilitate as many members to attend the event as possible, we will not be able to offer accommodation or travel subsidies to more than one representative from the same organisation. However, there is no cap on numbers of self-funding attendees from each member company. In which case, we can help you to secure a reduced rate at the hotel.
