Global Distributors Collective Training Facility

We are offering a unique opportunity for selected GDC members to be part of the design and piloting of a brand new Training Facility. If selected, we will work with you to understand your key challenges, what you’ve tried and tested, and help you to design a series of training programs that address your needs. You will be part of the pilot training group before the training is shared more broadly with other GDC members. Note that for this pilot phase we have a geographical focus of East Africa, and aim to build on this work to develop tailored modules for other regions in the future.

Why take part?

  • Design bespoke training to meet your company’s challenges with support from sector experts
  • Receive free interactive training for you and your colleagues that will address real life situations
  • Be the first to access these training programs and provide feedback to help improve them
  • Become a trainer yourself, extending your skills to other team members or networks of sales agents
  • Network with and learn from peers about tried and tested approaches to solving challenges
